The good, and the not so good

First of all the good...
I woke up this morning and felt really healthy & wide awake so my increased fruit and veg must be having a good effect.  Also, I went for another run after work today.  I was slightly slower but did the same route in only a minute & a half more than last time.

On the down side I weighed myself before I went running and I had gained a tiny bit of weight.  I presuming its just hydration and little fluctuations but I was really hoping to see it going down a bit just as encouragement.  I'll try again tomorrow - maybe it'll be nicer!
