I went for a run this morning, the first time I have run in months, and I was quite impressed with myself. I ran for 28 minutes, and although I covered less than 4k the main this is I DID IT, and I kept running (well maybe 'jogging' would be a more accurate description but that sounds so 80s yuppy).
I've also been out buying fruit for healthy snacks. I'm even going to try pears for the first time in years seeing as they are seasonal.
Weight according to Wii = 14 stone 0 pounds
